1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agent Instructor (“the Service”), operated by Agent Instructor (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Instructor is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users transform their domain expertise into AI agent skills. The Service includes tools for training, quizzing, and building exportable skill files for use with AI agents.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Agent Instructor offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Create skills that promote harmful, illegal, or unethical activities

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, including skills and expertise, that you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Agent Instructor and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT INSTRUCTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
